I've always had a passion for wellness, and the importance of a healthy body and mind is relevant now more than ever. I trained with Future Fit, BASI and Body Control Pilates for my mat and large equipment Pilates, which gives me a wide range of knowledge and understanding of teaching styles. I have a great interest in rehabilitation, helping people to get back to the healthiest version of themselves, post hip or knee replacements, cancer treatment and surgery, and have further qualified in Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer, GP exercise referral, neurological disorders, Level 4 lower back pain and Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation.
I continue to learn to increase my knowledge and ability to help all my clients have the best quality service i can offer.

Strength Stamina Mobility
Pilates is a wonderful way to increase your strength, mobility and wellbeing. It is a slow controlled selection of exercises which aim to help with balance, can assist with improving back strength, and posture. Focusing on slow controlled breathing can assist in controlling stress and anxiety. Movement pre surgery (pre-hab) has been proven to assist recovery.
